Our European Logistics Hub
To ensure fast and efficient delivery across Europe, our central logistics center is located in Poland. All orders are processed and dispatched from there with care, typically within one business day.

Shipping Times & Costs

  • Sweden: Complimentary Standard Shipping (2-4 business days).

  • European Union: Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) - calculated at checkout.

  • Rest of the World: International Shipping (7-14 business days) - calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our logistics center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes your unique tracking number. Simply click the "Track My Order" button in the email to see the real-time status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Customs and Duties
LJUSTRE is a European brand. All orders shipped to addresses within the European Union are free of any customs or import duties. For orders shipped outside of the EU, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country of destination.

The 30-Day LJUSTRE Trial
We stand behind the science and engineering of our devices. We are confident that you will love your LJUSTRE ritual, which is why we offer a 30-day risk-free trial.

If you are not completely satisfied with your results after 30 days of consistent use, you can return your device for a full refund. We want you to have ample time to experience the biological benefits of light therapy, without any pressure.

How to Initiate a Return
We've made the process simple and straightforward.

  1. Contact Us: Please send an email to our support team at hej@ljustre.se with your order number and a brief reason for your return.

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 24 business hours with detailed instructions and a return authorization, including the return address for our logistics center.
  3. Ship Your Device: Pack the device in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your device must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and with all its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
